Legende:
Bootleg = Een illegale CD. Ze worden gemaakt door bootleg bedrijven, meestal
gaat het om kopieen van bestaande CD’s. Doordat de wetgeving hieromtrent
in bepaalde Aziatische landen wat losser is, is het verkoop van deze CD's
in die landen niet illegaal. Het is makkelijker om aan deze CD's te komen, waardoor ze
redelijk goed worden verkocht. Een bekend bootleg-bedrijf is Son May. De CD’s die hier staan vermeld, zijn eigen compilaties van de bootleggers.
